This female Rose-breasted Grosbeak is quite beautiful. She stopped by our farm along with her male counterpart during spring migration this year. They enjoyed eating the seeds that were put out for them.
Interesting fact, they are in the Cardinal family.
About Julie Barrick
I started getting interested in photography about the time my family and I were planning our first trip to Yellowstone. My love for photography has grown immensely since that first trip out west 10 years ago. My primary focus is on wildlife, but I also love photographing the night sky and landscapes. I get all of my inspiration from God as he is the creator and sustainer of such magnificence. I love photographing animals at our farm in Kentucky.
